Folajimi Ayodeji
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Folajimi Ayodeji is an accomplished legal and sports professional with a strong track record of driving innovation and impact within Nigeria’s sports ecosystem. After graduating with an LLB from the University of Bristol and an LLM in Commercial Law, he qualified as a Solicitor & Barrister of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. As the co-founder and CEO of BallOFF, Folajimi has been instrumental in hosting annual grassroots football competitions designed to enhance talent development and community engagement. His unique ability to combine his legal expertise with a passion for sports has shaped BallOFF into a platform that connects corporate organizations, individuals, and communities through football. Beyond BallOFF, Folajimi co-founded Trivet Chambers, where he has advised clients on sports, entertainment, intellectual property, fintech, and emerging innovations. His vision is to merge sports and technology to provide Nigerian and African football academies with the tools, infrastructure, and opportunities needed to thrive — ensuring that “the beautiful game” remains a vehicle for empowerment and growth.
Bidemi Bamgboye
Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer
Bidemi Bamgboye is a seasoned sports marketing executive with extensive experience in the football business and brand strategy. His career began as a teenager with FourFourTwo Nigeria, where he developed a strong foundation in the commercial side of the sports industry. Driven by a passion to build expertise in the industry, Bidemi earned a BA (Hons) in Football Business and Marketing from the University College of Football Business (UCFB), Wembley, London, in 2017. While in the UK, he expanded his creative and strategic skill set by completing a Film Production Foundation Degree at Raindance London, where he merged storytelling with sports marketing. Upon returning to Nigeria, Bidemi joined FIFA’s exclusive hospitality partner, Integral Sports & Entertainment, as a Sales Executive for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, generating over $30,000 in ticket sales — a figure he tripled by the 2022 World Cup, surpassing $90,000. Beyond his professional achievements, Bidemi is deeply committed to youth empowerment and social development. In 2021, he became a trustee of The Dola Bamgboye Foundation, a youth-focused organization dedicated to amplifying young voices and creating learning opportunities that drive positive community impact.
Ikechukwu 'Ikay' Ofili
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Ikechukwu (Ikay) Ofili is an accomplished sports professional and dynamic leader with extensive experience in football development, administration, and talent management. A former competitive footballer, Ikay began his career at the FootballCV Academy in Northampton, where he played as a midfielder for two years, winning the Youth Conference Reserve League in 2012 and attracting interest from notable clubs including Derby County, Northampton Town FC, and Peterborough United FC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Management from the University of Kent, where he captained the university’s first football team, and an MBA from Coastal Carolina University in the United States. While at Coastal Carolina, Ikay contributed to the team’s success in winning the Big South Men’s Football Championship in 2014 and participating in the NCAA Division 1 Men’s Football Championship. Professionally, Ikay played for Myrtle Beach Mutiny FC in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL), winning the league championship in 2015. His career then transitioned into football administration, where he served at the League Management Company (LMC), the body responsible for the Nigerian Professional Football League, and later as team manager of the historic Stationery Stores FC.

Hosted 14+ tournaments (9 men’s and 5 women’s) across Lagos, Nigeria, and London, England.
Raised the standard of grassroots event management, football facility development, and inclusivity in the sport.
Expanded opportunities for women’s football, creating competitive pathways where few previously existed.
Through these initiatives, BallOFF continues to raise the bar for grassroots sports while proving that “Everyone Can Ball .”
We have also supported grassroots leaders like Coach Godwin Nse of Immaculate FC by providing critical training equipment and securing commentary opportunities, including high-profile events such as Nike’s Homecoming.
In 2019, we partnered with the OOA Foundation to create a memorable experience for vulnerable orphans by providing transportation, branded kits, sports equipment, and structured coaching sessions in a safe environment.

From Grassroots to Global Talent
Monday Gift, the MVP of BallOFF 2019, has since captained Nigeria’s U-20 Women’s Team, leading them to a historic gold at the African Games, and now plays professionally in Spain.
Toyeeb Gidado, an exceptional talent, rose through our platform to secure contracts with Stationery Stores FC and Calabar Rovers FC and is now a starting attacking midfielder for Ikorodu United FC in Lagos.
